Job Title: Senior Web Developer

Description:
Software engineering firm and forerunner
in the security assessment field looking for senior web developer with
extensive experience in designing application architecture, frameworks,
tools and writing/reviewing source code. Must display facility to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. The ability to mentor developers to follow strict SQL guidelines in SDLC is essential. Min. travel required.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology.
2. 7+ years experience in middle-tier web development.
3. Expert knowledge in ASP, ASP.Net, HTML, XML, Javascript, VB, and .Net Framework
4. Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2000, SQL design
architecture, SQL Server optimizations, replication management,
backup strategies, data modeling tools and UML
5. Extensive experience in writing optimized Stored Procedures,
Triggers, DTS packages, SQL Reporting services and Data Architecture
in Enterprise Repositories
6. The ability to engage in discussions around scalability,
reliability, performance
7. Extensive experience in testing of web-based applications
built on Microsoft technologies
8. Creative and conceptual thinking skills combined with
excellent verbal and written communication

Description:
Design and develop data collection and publication applications integrating Microsoft Office products, SQL databases, ActiveX controls, AutoCAD 2005, AutoCAD Map 3D, and custom Web applications.
Tasks require proficiency with Delphi 5 - Delphi 2005, Microsoft Visual C++ and Visual Basic. Other responsibilities will include developing ActiveX programs. Other tasks will include developing system functionality and performance test plans and creating user documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
2. Advanced knowledge in relational database development (triggers, stored procedures and user-defined functions in SQL Server 2000)
3. Expert knowledge in Borland Delphi Enterprise development environment
