Real Time Consulting, Inc. was
founded in 1987 by Thomas Santelle. As a veteran of Autodesk,
Inc. and several other software vendors, Mr. Santelle established
RTC as a company to specialize in developing software tools
for site security data collection, security assessment, scene
visualization, tactical scenario planning and report generation.
Our company combines PC-computer software and
hardware to create "turn-key" computer products
for use by government agencies and private industries that
require specialized data collection, crisis planning, and
material dissemination tools.
RTC has been successfully conducting business
since 1987 and has obtained an outstanding reputation for
delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed our customer’s
requirements.
As a forerunner in the security assessment field,
RTC has over a decade of experience providing government and
commercial enterprises with high-level information protection
and integration solutions. We solve complex, technical problems
for a host of vertical applications, including CAD, Website
development, deployment and database software integration.
Our continuing goal is to provide cost-effective
technical tools and services to enhance homeland security.
Our data collection and visualization programs provide comprehensive
technical and graphical data for commercial aircraft, seagoing
vessels, multi-level structures, ports and harbors. We collaborate
with DOD, DOJ, state and local government agencies and commercial
industry to provide security assessment and planning tools
specifically designed for crisis planners and tactical response.
